No, we cannot see your email address — and we also can’t find your game profile or purchases using it.
Platforms do not share your email address with us when you play the game or make purchases. It’s part of their privacy and data protection policies, and we fully respect that.
Because of this:
We can’t unlink your email from your game profile.
We can’t look up any purchases using your email.
We can’t recover your account using an email address alone.
The only time we can see your email is if you send us a message directly from it, like writing to our support email. In all other cases, your email is never visible to us.
