In most cases, this is simply a matter of slow delivery. If you have not immediately received your items, just wait a couple of hours, and all should be okay (the process can take up to 24 hours). If nothing happens, please contact iTunes support (https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/account/) to find out the status of your purchase and request a refund if necessary.

Alternatively, you can ask for a refund directly from iTunes on your computer:
1. Launch iTunes and log into your account.
2. Tap on your name, then navigate to Account Info > Purchase History > See All, then select a transaction and tap "Report a problem".
3. Fill in the form and provide a valid reason for a refund.
You should receive an answer within the next 48 hours. If successful, you will generally receive a refund in 4 to 5 business days.
