If you want to completely delete your account from the game database without the possibility of further data recovery, contact us at support@zeptolab.com, mentioning the game name and in-game ID, if you had one.

If you want to start from scratch, simply reinstall the game. You will see the popup offering the old account ― just choose 'No' and the old progress will be deleted.
