1. You can restore the account manually via the Support Team only once in 3 months.
2. If the account was lost again within 24 hours after restoration, it can be restored one more time (but not more than once).
3. We restore accounts only to those thieves whose level was 21 and above, and also to those who made purchases in the game.
We also would like to remind you that you can only have one account on one device!
