If you have been banned, it means that our anti-cheating system has detected that you were using third-party software or exploiting bugs and/or game mechanics to gain an advantage in the game.

 

This is prohibited by Section 5 of our Terms of Use, which you agreed to by downloading the game. ZeptoLab may terminate or cancel your account for any reason (including violating the Terms of Use by cheating) in accordance with Section 9. In addition, pursuant to Section 4, we do not have to reimburse you for in-app purchases if we believe that you were cheating.

You are free to start the game from the beginning, but your previous account will remain banned.
