In most cases, it is simply a matter of slow delivery. If you have not received your items immediately, just wait a few hours and everything should be fine. If nothing happens, please contact iTunes support to find out the status of your purchase and request a refund if necessary.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your money ourselves or send you the items you did not receive because we do not handle the transactions on iOS.

Alternatively, you can request a refund directly from iTunes on your computer:

1. Launch iTunes and log into your account.
2. Tap on your name, then navigate to Account Info > Purchase History > See All, then select a transaction and tap "Report a Problem".
3. Fill out the form and provide a valid reason for the refund.

You should receive a response within the next 48 hours. If successful, you will normally receive your refund within 4 to 5 working days.
