In most cases, this is simply a matter of slow delivery. If you have not immediately received your items, just wait a couple of hours and all should be okay. If nothing happens and the resources still haven't come, please, contact Support and send us the following information:
- Your Player ID (i.e. Smith#12345). You can find it in the Settings.
- Number of order. It should be mentioned in the receipt email sent by Google (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX).
- The name of the product you bought.
- Purchase date.
- Email address connected to your Google Play account.
