In most cases, it is simply a matter of slow delivery. If you have not received your items immediately, just wait a few hours and everything should be fine. If nothing happens and you still haven't received your resources, please contact Support with the following information
- Your Player ID (i.e. Smith#12345). You can find it in the Settings.
- The order number. It should be mentioned in the receipt email sent by Google (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX).
- The name of the product you purchased.
- Purchase date.
- Email address associated with your Google Play account.
