Offers are sets of various resources (orbs, lock picks, gems, etc.) that are offered at good prices. You can buy them for real money using a plastic card by tapping on an old thief icon at the bottom of your dungeon.

 

There are also so-called One-time Offers, which may appear during the gameplay when you need them most. If you reject buying one of them, it will not be shown again.
