Only 40% of guild members receive the reward. If you haven't lost your Delta (the total value of gems obtained since the start of the round) in the last few minutes of the match, then it's most likely that one of your guildmates has dramatically increased their Delta, knocking you out of the top contributors. Hopefully, you will have better luck next time!
