Some rewards may require some time to get delivered. Also, please ensure that you followed all the requirements and completed the mission as requested.
 
If you still don't have the reward, try contacting the rewards provider. Usually, the provider's name or contact button can be found in the Free Orbs tab.
 
  1. Go to the Free orbs tab, scroll to the bottom and tap "Missing Orbs?" button. You will see the information about the status of your missions.
  2. Choose a mission that is pending confirmation and tap Missing orbs? under it.
  3. In the FAQ screen, make sure that you have followed all the listed rules for a successful mission accomplishment and scroll down to send a ticket to the support team.
