Some rewards may take some time to be delivered. Also, please make sure that you have followed all the requirements and completed the mission as requested.
 
If you still haven't received your reward, try contacting the reward provider. You can usually find the provider's name or contact button on the Free Orbs tab.
 
  1. Go to the Free Orbs tab, scroll down to the bottom and tap the "Missing Orbs?" button. You will be shown the status of your missions.
  2. Select a mission that is pending confirmation and tap "Missing orbs?" underneath it.
  3. In the FAQ screen, make sure that you have followed all the listed rules for a successful mission completion and scroll down to submit a ticket to the support team.
