1. Make sure that you are signed in under the same Apple or Google account as before.
2. Download the game from the official application store and launch it.
3. The game will automatically ask whether you want to restore your progress upon loading. Tap "Restore".

If you are not seeing the progress restoration pop-up, complete the tutorial and see if the restoration pop-up shows up after completion.

Please, launch the game, go to Settings → Help → Chat icon in the upper-right corner. If you don't see the chat icon, open any FAQ Section and it'll appear.

To get straight to the robohelper who will vastly speed up this process, start a new conversation and enter the following (without writing anything else): Restore Progress or RestoreProgress
