Do not worry, we can still help you. Please do the following:

If you know the Player ID of the account you want to return:

1. Start a new game and complete the tutorial.
2. Navigate to Options and copy the Player ID.
3. Contact us and send the ID of the account you want to return and your new ID.

If you do not know the Player ID of the account you want to return:

1. Start a new game and complete the tutorial.
2. Navigate to Options and copy the Player ID.
3. Contact us and send your new Player ID and the following information about the lost account:
  • Nickname of the character
  • Level
  • Name of the guild
  • Approximate number of blue orbs
  • The date you were last online

The more accurate this info is, the better the chances are that we will be able to identify your lost account and return it to you. Please note that it will not be possible to restore your progress if you are using a new device which has a different platform (for example your old device used iOS and new one is using Android).
