If you are sure that you have completed the task correctly, please contact Fyber directly about your missing gems by following the steps below:

Go to the Fyber Offer Wall within the game, and tap the three-line icon at the top left of the page to view a series of options:
Select “Status” and see the status of your reward:
   

If you would like to file a report for the offers for which you did not receive gems, press the following button to report, and Fyber will send you an e-mail reply with a case number. Follow the instructions in this email so that Fyber can help you resolve your case.
