Firstly, check your gang's settings to make sure that the requirements are set to minimum and that your gang is open. If it's not private, there's nothing to prevent it from appearing in the recommended list. Gangs are added to the Recommended list randomly, and your gang, like others, may appear there, but the decision to join is up to the players. We have no control over whether a player joins a particular gang or not. To increase your chances of getting new players, you can invite players to join your gang on our social media pages:
