In most cases, this is simply a matter of slow delivery. If you do not receive your items immediately, just wait a couple of hours (up to 24 hours) and everything should be fine. If nothing happens, please contact iTunes support to find out the status of your purchase and request a refund if necessary. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your money ourselves or send you the items you did not receive because we do not handle the transactions on iOS.
Alternatively, you can request a refund directly from iTunes on your computer:
1. Launch iTunes and sign in to your account.
2. Tap on your name, then navigate to Account Info > Purchase History > See All, then select a transaction and tap "Report a problem".
3. Fill in the form and provide a valid reason for the refund.
You should receive a response within the next 48 hours. If successful, you will generally receive a refund within 4 to 5 business days.
