In most cases, this is simply a matter of slow delivery. If you have not immediately received your items, just wait a couple of hours (up to 24 hrs) and all should be okay. If nothing happens, please contact our Support Team and send the following information:

1. Your Player ID (i.e. Smith#12345). You can find it in the Settings.
2. Number of order. It should be mentioned in the receipt email sent by Google (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX).
3. The name of the product you bought.
4. Purchase date.
5. Email address connected to your Google Play account.
