If you are a gang leader, navigate to the "My Gang" menu and tap settings to set the gang's description, the prestige requirement to join the gang, the gang's logo and the preferred chat language. You can also leave the gang from here.

 

Tap the arrow next to the gang member's name to kick them out of the gang or promote them to captain or leader.
