Max speed boost for the hero and allies on taking damage 30 -> 40

Base damage 30 -> 32

  • Armor regen per second 90 -> 120

  Kwon

Hook replenishment time increased on all levels: now 30 sec at level 1 and 15 sec at level 18 (previously 30 and 12 sec).

  Vi

Shadow Step replenishment time increased on all levels: now 20 sec at level 1 and 15 sec at level 18 (previously 16 and 12 sec).

 

These are all planned balance changes for this update.

 

Vi also had a bug fixed that could be mistaken for an "intended feature": passing through walls.

Here’s how Vi’s "Shadow Step" ability is described in the game design document, as originally intended:

If in the direction of the dash there is a solid obstacle without cracks or holes, the hero cannot pass through it. In this case, the maximum dash distance will be limited by the distance between the hero and the given obstacle. The duration of the dash does not decrease and the opportunity to make a dash remains.

If there is a hole or gap of any size in an obstacle, a dash can carry the hero through this obstacle. The dash range is not limited by an obstacle in this case.

The in-game description of the ability also says: “...can pass through narrow passages, force walls, and enemies."

Therefore, Vi’s ability to go through solid walls was a bug, not a nerf or a buff. However, Vi can still pass through walls if there is a nearby opening.
