If you're facing a "Flow for Sku" issue, or something is preventing you from playing, we recommend clearing or resetting the Google Play Store app cache and data.
 
Please note that depending on your device, your "Apps" section may be located otherwhere, but overall the instructions can be applied to all Android devices.
 
For Xiaomi users with MIUI Shell:
From the Home screen, navigate to Settings → Apps → Manage Apps.
  1. Tap Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Clear Data.
  3. Tap Clear Cache, and then tap OK.
  4. If the problem persists, tap Clear Data → Clear All Data → OK.
For other Android shells:
From a Home screen, navigate to Settings → Apps (or Apps → Manage apps).
  1. Tap Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Storage.
  3. Tap Clear Cache, and then tap Clear Data.
  4. Tap OK.
