If you have chosen 1-16 age on the start screen, the social functions like Facebook and guild / gang chat will not be available.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot turn them on, but you can reinstall the game, create a new account and choose a different age.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Restoring or transferring your  progress will not change the age parameter, it is strictly tied to your account profile, and cannot be changed.
