Alternatively, you can ask for a refund directly from iTunes on your computer:
1. Launch iTunes and log into your account.
2. Tap on your name, then navigate to Account Info > Purchase History > See All, then select a transaction and tap "Report a problem".
3. Fill in the form and provide a valid reason for a refund.
We recommend contacting iTunes support team by chat, email, phone or relevant help app as refund claims submitted via the form later than 2 hours after the purchase are often automatically declined.
You should receive an answer within next 48 hours. If successful, you will generally receive a refund in 4 to 5 business days.
