To restore your game progress from the iCloud or Android Cloud, first, you need to save it there. You can turn the cloud synchronization on and off in the Options.
How to restore your game progress
- Make sure you are signed into the same Apple or Google account as when you created your Bullet Echo account.
- Install Bullet Echo from the App Store or Google Play.
- Installing the game from other sources may harm your in-game progress.
- Complete the tutorial.
- Choose the account you want to restore.
I tried restoring my progress automatically, but I still can't restore it
In this case, you'll need to contact the Support Team.
Please, launch the game, and go to Settings → Help & Support → Chat icon in the upper-right corner. If you don't see the icon, open any FAQ Section, and it'll appear.
