Our anti-cheat system keeps an eye on different aspects of gameplay to make sure everyone has a fair experience. We recently improved it in our November update to better detect violations and keep the playing field level for all our players.
Why do profiles get banned? 🚫
Here are the main reasons profiles get restricted:
Cheating software and modifications Any third-party programs, cheats, hacks, or mods are a big no-no. Using modified game clients or messing with game files will definitely get you banned. We want everyone to win fair and square! 💪
Downloading from sketchy sources Only download Bullet Echo from the official Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Modified APKs or unofficial versions might seem tempting, but they'll land you in trouble. Stick to the official versions!
Playing on emulators ⚠️ We don't recommend using emulators to play Bullet Echo. They can interfere with the game in weird ways that might trigger our anti-cheat system, even if you're not trying to cheat. It's safer to play on your mobile device.
Messing with device time ⏰ Keep your device time set to automatic! Manually changing your device's time or playing around with time settings can flag our system and potentially lead to a ban.
Sharing your profile 🔐 Never share your profile credentials with anyone - not even your best friend! Profile sharing violates our Terms of Use and puts your profile at risk. Your profile is yours alone.
How can I keep my profile safe? ✅
Follow these simple rules and you'll be good to go:
